A 40ft-long whale has been washed up on the beach at Clacton-on-Sea in Essex, with police advising people to stay away.
The giant marine mammal, which has died, was swept to the shore on Friday.
Essex police said it is working with other organizations to plan how to remove it.
The force wrote in a Facebook post: “Unfortunately that a 40ft whale has been washed this morning at Clacton.
“We are currently in touch with other organizations and discussions are underway on how to remove them.
“The area is closed off and the public is advised to stay away. #SocialDistancing #StayAlert ”
